Savory Roast with Roasted Red Potatoes





Last night I found a roast sitting in the frig so I went to work. I slow cooked it, mixed it with some awesome gravy made from the drippings, caramelized some onions to go with it, all on top of awesome roasted red potatoes!

This was something I whipped up yesterday for lunch with my new cast iron grill pan which works like a charm!

I will have the recipe up as soon as my fingers are rested from all the catching up I am doing for the blog. There were quite a few recipes left untyped before I left for Tennessee.
