Pan Fried Grouper Sandwich with Sriracha Mayo




I just had to pick up some grouper from the local market, it was on sale, and it was fresh. I coated the fish with spicy mustard, Zatarain's batter, and pan fried it. I plated it up on a bun with some lettuce, tomato, and sriracha mayo. Serve with some watermelon and kettle cooked chips.
